Hi all, I have two sets of ignition coils; one from a 1992 model (grey coils with NGK plugs), and another from a 1995 model (black coils and MTA plugs). Can anyone clarify the difference, is one better than the other etc?
I've probably got a set of each of these too. Following with interest. I've got Nology on my 944, worth upgrading to them or CA cycleworks. Big fat spark
Can't remember, I got them from Liam Venter. They're the ones matched to the Ignitech. I'll find out....
I can't imagine there would be much difference assuming they are both stock 5ohm coils, might come down to which has better leads/caps. I have some of the new plasma pulse coils from FBG that I am currently installing.
