Hi all, I'm picking up that a couple of you guys may be planning a European trip in the next few days so I thought I'd let you know about mine. Setting off to Imola for the WSB races on Wednesday morning and taking 3 days to get down there. Route via Chunnel through France and into Switzerland, over the Brunig and Grimsel passes before dropping down into Italy via the Simplon Pass. Final destination is Castel San Pietro Terme, just south of Bologna which will be our base for the races. Decided to abandon Saturday practice to take in some of the mountain passes towards Florence with plans for a mid afternoon beer at the Bar il Muriglione. Lucky devils, I'm well jealous. Have a great trip (there are some really great (adult type entertainment) bars in Florence , spent all night in one when we went to the gp a couple of years ago. just made the gp bloody hammered.
