Insurance 899

  1. Just a quick one.
    been searching online for Fully comp insurance for a brand new 899. Searched the usual suspects, The bike insurer and MCN first then a mate of mine said look at gocompare and meerkat.

    I did and I was surprised that gocompare was not only £20 cheaper for the same policy and provider but was also £150 less compulsory excess. Nice. £225 with protected no claims bonus.

  2. Nice work, I'm paying £400 with motorcycle direct, 9+ years no claims bonus, 31 years old. Was only 2 quotes cheaper and they were from company's I have never heard of and couldn't ride other bikes

  3. Phill I'm an old git @ 48 and have 9 years NCB, so it may be an age thing.

  5. I'm am also with Motorcycle direct, £400 fully comp with 8 years NCB. Tried to keep my insurance with MCE but they wanted £1500 excess to cover my 899!
