Took this out about three years ago and never used it. Had a spill in France and had to use the policy. First phone call told me nothing they could do to help as I was not insured for a motorcycling holiday. When I got home I took it up with them and they traced the original phone call I made. Lo and behold I did say I wanted it to cover motorcycling holidays. All change. They could not help me because while they will cover loss of holiday they won't cover once you have started holiday. Bloody company will use any reason not to pay out. I have raised a complaint and it will take four weeks to investigate and can not go to Ombudsman till they have completed their investigation. I am sure they just hope that you will forget about it. I for one will never use this company again. Trouble is you only know what they are like when you have to claim. Rant over. Regards Steve
