IOM Southern 100

  1. Just booked the ferry and accommodation so still some available if anyone wants to go and see M Dunlop win every race

  2. who'd you book through.
    are you camping
since I missed the IOM TT
I am now looking at other getaways
and also the Ulster gp later in the year

  3. Depending on how close you live to Kent you can have a good weekend at either Chimay on the weekend starting 20th July or Gedinne over the August bank holiday weekend. Both circuits are in the Ardennes and both are proper road circuits with Chimay being better for beer/food and Gedinne much better to watch at. A lap of Chimay is pretty boring but Gedinne has decent changes in elevation and no horrible contrived chicanes.

Obviously this is no use if you want to see the latest machinery being thrashed because they're both classic classes only though that does include a lot of '70s GP bikes. Be warned though that being in the Ardennes it's likely to rain no matter what time of the year you go :frown:
