Anyone have any autoblipper experience? Specifically IRC? I just got one, and the mechanic got it to upshift with no problem, BUT, no down shift... ( It should do both) Anybody know what's going on? Any ideas? The bike is a 2016 Pikes Peak... Thanks for any thoughts.
Are you using a sensor in the gear linkage between the gear lever and the gear actuator to trigger the event? On my MV Agusta there was some play at the sensor to rod connection (the gear linkage has screw threads on both sides of the sensor) - when upshifting the sensor would trigger, with downshifts the small bit of play would make the rod extend without transmitting the full force to the sensor, thus not triggering the engine cut
