is the new Hypermotard a better choice for urban riding than monster 796? dilemma

  1. I have a monster 796 and quite happy, but mainly ride in town (London).
    I had been testing both the 796 and the hypermotard 821 and loved both but eventually went for a used 796 for money but also because of looks. but it was a CLOSE call, and obviously I couldn't find a used hyper 821/

    now I am having buyer's remorse.
    I remember how easy the hypermotard in "urban" mode was, but still cannot make my mind up. would you think it's more fun for what I need?
    I am still in time to swap and go for the hypermotard and loose little to no money of what I paid.

    I can't remember if it's geared a bit lower, a bit more city-friendly.
