does look standard, I would think of changing the spigot bearing in the middle, or at least check it's not binding. This isn't that bad a job, and documented on here and YouTube. On the plus side, it looks like you have a virtually new basket (gold bit) showing zero wear. if this was mine then would treat to 1/4 of a can of GT85* as bound to be corrosion on plain clutch plates and oil within* is light enough that it will help not hinder the mechanical clutch action.
If it wasn't a dry clutch, those plates would be bathed in oil (hence a 'wet' clutch) and there would need to be a closed cover over it to prevent that oil spraying everywhere. I believe dry clutches are used in racing as it's just easier and faster change a dry clutch than a wet one. They also sound terrific
