Cartmel in the Lake District ,don't have a link it was an advertisement that was in the doc magazine,I think I'm right in saying the festival is at the racecourse which is in the centre of the village,the village is tiny and very pretty,will look ace with lots of bikes there
It's the doc northern bike rally and I think it's an all ticket affair,probably have to contact the doc,I am staying at the pub in cartmel on fri and sat night,I have paid £25 for a ride out on sat and a band and buffet on sat night
