Hi Noblesteed (great name) I came across your post quite randomly in a google search. Did you get through in the end? The tel no you quoted was correct and in use - I've used it myself in the last few days.
I've been trying to contact them for a week to enquire about Elefant spares - but there is never an answer !! I cannot find an email address either, and www.italsport.net does not seem to exist either
They have facebook page (Italsport BSB team) if you read recent posts a mobile number has been posted for Paul (Roys Son)
Is it just me that thinks this, or are these small shops up and down the country that "specialise" in Ducati just fly by nights? There seems to be an awful lot reported on here for crap, over priced service, that's if you can ever get hold of them. There just seems to be loads at the moment. Surely if that is the case wouldn't it be better to fork out the few (and it is a few) extra quid with a main dealer knowing that you will get service and not have to worry on whether someone will be there, or whether the work will be done or whether you'll be charged for what the bike went in for etc etc.
Problem is not all main dealers are the same standard, there have been some shocking reports on here about work done by main dealer workshops, sadly they are only as good as the techs who work in them, many of the independents are ex main dealer techs, and they took their knowledge and skills with them when they left.
