So this is what I did today. After reading a few threads, I decided to get the Hyper remapped at BSD Performance, riding from Grantham to Peterborough in the sub zero temperatures was quite a shock to the system, last time I rode a motorcycle in those sort of conditions was when I was in my teens on a ratty KH 250. So, the main reason behind the remap was to see if they could improve the all round driveability. BHP and Torque would be a bonus of course. But if I had any gripe about what is a brilliant bike, it's the slight off throttle snatchiness especially when in low gears around town, or when in the mood to just potter about. I recently fitted a MVV full decat, removed the Lamda sensor and the flapper valve motor, so the time was right to get it set up correctly. Anyway the below read out speaks volumes. But also the ride home in the slightly warmer conditions was a revelation. Excellent drive right through the range, plus when in town or sat behind a line of traffic that I just couldn't be arsed to overtake, the Hyper was as smooth as you like. It made the whole thing worth the £395.00 spent. Now in between chasing down the next set of twisties I can relax and just pootle about..Result!
