  1. my daughter wants to get on the back of the bike but i'm struggling with quality gear for her as she's only nine. I've seen an IXON jacket that she likes but I have know idea if they are a decent quality brand. Does anyone have any reviews?

  2. I had an ixon £50 summer textile jacket when I first started riding. It was all I could afford and lo and behold, I crashed. Ripped the jacket at the elbow I went down but never went through the elbow and shoulder armour. I didn't even feel my top half. My knee was doing a good enough job of distracting me (jeans only [emoji51]).

Some racers use Ixon, at the end of the day I don't think the brand really matters as it's more a case of how high up their product range you want to spend.

  4. I have an Ixon riding jacket that I have had for years. Still looks good and I am happy enough with it, I think they are (were!) pretty good quality.
