899 Just Purchased A 899. But What Screen?

  1. Evening all just got back from seastars superbike I'm soon to be the happy owner of a red 899.
    Just a couple of questions if you don't mind.
    I'm thinking about getting a different screen added. Does anyone have any suggestions. Ducati do two types, One large and one oversized i think. Has anyone fitted any of these?

  2. If u watch Baron von grumble on YouTube he talks about one of the screens because he had some issues with it, can't remember the detail but check out his latest 899 video. Personally I think the really high double bubbles spoil the look so would go with a slight lift screen.

  6. The DP oversize tinted screen is the one to go for,its not a db screen and it works pretty well.

  9. Looks good. Is yours the tinted over sized screen. I'm going to get the dealer to fit it.
    See what sort of deal they will give me.

  10. Yes tinted oversize as you can see the tint is subtle.

  11. I'd try the original screen to start with - I don't feel the need to change it and I think oversize/double bubbles detract from the looks.

  12. I've had this debate with my 848 and decided to leave it, the double bubbles really make the front a bit bull nosed!
