Anyone had their 2016 Enduro key replaced by Ducati for the one with the reset button? My hands free key keeps disconnecting every so often (maybe once a month). Taking the battery out for 20 minutes fixes it, but it's a bit of a pain in the bum. Can't find any official recall details about it. Bike is out of warranty and last service was at a non-Duc dealer.
Not same problem but had this with my 2015 dvt. Needed to replace keyfob battery monthly. Dealer contacted Ducati and they said store for several feet from bike. Well that didn't work. Then out of warranty Ducati refuse me a new fob same problem. Got the recall notice and after fix my battery has not been replaced for months.
Ah so there was a recall notice ... haven't been able to find that yet. My battery isn't running down (it's well away from the bike most of the time) just looses contact somehow.
Yes there was a recall concerning all dvt about key fob. Done mine. 2016 enduro even though I did not have a problem
