Kit Cars

  1. Any one on here into kit cars or have been??
Im seriously thinking on getting another one, Really fancy one with a bike engine over car but would like to know if this is a bad idea or not, Its for road use only, Wont do massive miles, Be a weekend toy for a little fun, Im also leaning towards the MK Indy R over the Westfield seiw, Its stance seems to look wider over the Westfield which I prefer tbh, Had a Westfield before many moons ago running the Vauxhall redtop but hopefully after something just that little bit quicker this time, Any info appreciated.

    Cheers Jack

  6. Common engine combo apparently. Easy to tune and bulletproof

  7. had a Cobra in 1996. LR Roadsters version with a 5.8 Chevy V8 (slightly modified 5.7 from a Corvette) and side pipes. Need to dig up some photos. Was lovely, especially drifting around roundabouts!

Not tried the bike engine route.

  9. I had a Westfield 3 years ago, only vehicle I ever regret selling , bought it pretty much standard, then left it with Northampton motorsport for 2 months, came back running approx 230 bhp & weighing 850 kilos, went on to fit an LSD, absolutely fantastic fun !! ...I’d have another in a heartbeat!
