I'm trying to find a decent fuse box to mount where the battery was on my '97 Ss. That means the it would be surface mounting, as opposed to the OEM panel mounting. So , that's four fuses with a common feed. I'd mount the ignition fuse separately. I'd consider, let's say, a six fuse box; it would give me a place to to store spare fuses. What I don't want is to spend money on some cheap plastic arrangement; I'm ytoo poor to afford cheap shit.
I've used these in my boats for years, good quality but not cheap. https://www.furneauxriddall.com/acatalog/Blade-Fuse-Holders-p1.html Nasher
Cheers folk. Pretty similar to what I had seen on autoelectricsupplies.co.uk, so I wen and ordered a four fuse common gang item from them, for about £12.00. Hope its not nasty. And while I was at it some nice flexible battery cable and terminals, loom wire and so forth. Little choice these days... same stuff everywhere. But motogadget do some great digital fuse boxes. Not that I need that.
Thankyou, no it was originally a bronze frame. I wanted something a little different, so I got a local place to do it black. I really like the black. You just don't see the trellis as well.
I like it black too. In fact .I've just done mine in black. I like bronze too. I wonder how you tackled the front mudguard - what sort of paint?
