Well my 749 is getting picked up next sat for service and some cosmetic bits, then I'm off on hols so that is prob it for the year. Poss it has an oil leak but needed to put engine under pressure to see if this causes it. So lunchtime today out for a forty minute blast and bl**dy good fun it was too. Although with just two pairs of thinsulate gloves my hands were freaking freezing by the time I got back lol. Was well worth it - enjoyed it so much that it sways me more than ever to sell my sv1ks as I don't do enough miles (on either tbh) and the duc is deffo the one to stay. Now sat in front of tv - no idea re the possible oil leak lol. That can wait til the a.m lol!! Cheers, Andrew.
Put my 1098 away for the winter last week. Im now just using the Monster. The Superbike will be coming out for one day in Jan for its Desmo service
It will be. I need a new front tyre, new chain and sprockets and new clutch friction plates.....gonna be a disappointing Christmas or my family thats for sure :biggrin:
I believe a piece of coal is quite traditional for naughty people in the Christmas stocking, guess your lot have all been naughty.... :tongue:
Whats with the mouse timidness peeps.? lovely day here, just easing back from the recent heat wave, nice to get out of the sun for a day or so, but till plenty hot-cocktail hot.... lovely run around Bridgwater, glastonbury, wells across the somerset levels. Plenty more biking in this year yet....
