Citizen Space - Have your say on the Ultra Low Emission Zone

It may cost you £12.50 to enter the Congestion zone (same area) on a bike after 2020.
Plus parking and knowing Boris, by then the Congestion charge.

If I am still living in London at 2020 Im sure Ill have an electric bike by then.

It was only until I saw the UX:1 on the top left of the website this morning (in place of the Ducati Forum logo), I notice that I had no avatar. I'm sure I won't be the only who sports this look.
