Hi thank you to all that have pointed me in the right direction weather to go for a 749/748 I have decided that all though I do love the iconic look of the 748 I think I was put off by the up keep and extra maintenance that they need I have all though still wouldn't turn a good one down I think I have decided to go for a 749. I have in the region of £3500 to get the best 749 i can for the money. I have searched eBay etc just wondering if any one can point me in the right direction of what's on eBay or for sale else wear or have one for sale. And also if possible give me some pointers on what to look out for when buying one I'm new to ducati have allways had jap bikes so any advice would be great many thanks great forum jason
