Christ, that can't be an easy decision, mate.

  3. Hi Wally. It is a fair old machine-I bought it a few years ago after it had just been built. Not even run in yet,I havn't even ridden it.
I am trying to be realistic in what I can possibly take out on the road.Think this bike needs a owner who will use it.The engine itself is very high spec for an old Pre Unit Triumph.

  4. What we talking Mervyn, T110 in a slimline featherbed, road holder forks and a Triumph twin leading shoe front anchor ? Looks a tidy build. Andy

  5. Hi Andy.Grimeca 4LS front brake.balanced and blueprinted engine with Johnson cams and Carillo rods.Competition mag, brazed frame construction, and road holders reworked by Andy Molnar, Slick shift gearbox. Loads more with all documentation and invoices for the build.

  6. I think you're absolutely right. Bikes are made to be ridden. I think keeping them as garage jewellery is entirely missing the point. II'd want it to be used too. I'd want to sell it to someone nearby though so I could see it, hear it and smell it being used and enjoy the spectacle. It's a beautiful thing.

  7. Mmmmmm, nice. Something very special. Hope you get the right buyer at the right price. Andy

    • Thanks Thanks x 1
  8. A very niche market Andy.Prices also go from the sublime to the ridiculous as well.Whenever I have bought Tritons in the past I have always worked out before purchase how much is the bike worth in parts. If the parts are the real deal,Siths Chronos,John Tickle Racing,Grimeca, etc, the purchase cost goes rapidly north.

  9. Bugger I thought Mrs Merv had booted you out so I could move in to the love nest :(

    GLWS though :)

  13. A beautiful bike Merv.I would make an offer, but I dont think £20 and a bag of Wotsits would suffice.
