Loose Cannon

  1. Any forum members tried using loose cannon trackdays think they only run at limited tracks and only allow small numbers per session/group.

  2. I know the guy that runs it. Seems a decent bloke and reasonable value. Small venue type company, NL and MSV take all the 'good' circuits.

  3. I've used Loose Cannon last year at Blyton Park. Very relaxed setup and tbh not a massive difference from the larger companies. What is disappointing is the cost of the trackdays which is not the fault of Loose Cannon but a charge put upon them from the track owners. For example a trackday at Blyton with LC costs the same as Cadwell with MSV. IMO these trackdays should be half the price but they aren't so I'll say no more!

  4. As above - I've been to Blyton a few times latterly with Loose Cannon. Slightly more relaxed but then it kind of has to be as the facilities are basic. For me I would say it's more about whether you want to do the tracks they use. Of the ones L/C use, I've only ever done Blyton and usually only when the dates/weather works as whilst a bit cheaper, I would need a good reason................ it used to be quite a lot cheaper but not so much now.
