i've just taken delivery of a carbon fuel cap surround, key surround, intake vents and rear seat cowl 'nail' for my evo, from an italian company whose name translates to the motorbike shop... these parts are to be in naked carbon and look like i've made them, they are that bad. the vents are dire! they'll be going back in tomorrow's post. normally i paint over carbon but this is one occasion where i need them to be on permanent show. the rest of the fairings will be refinished in ducati liquid grey, so just this small amount of carbon is being left as a contrasting detail. can anyone recommend me a company who can supply a decent product, both in terms of the layup quality and the shaping/finish of the parts?
