Considering buying an M1100 but don't know much about them, what should I pay special attention to. What are it's strengths and weaknesses?

@mjgt I have an M1100S (2008). It's a great bike, really nice to ride (jump on and blatt away with a large grin), handles fine, great torque, not too fast, but fast enough. I didn't like the original brakes as I felt they were very wooden with no feedback - I have now fitted P4 radial 4 pad calipers - much better. Occasionally (yesterday in fact) - the key is not recognised by the immobiliser antenna and it won't start. Wait for a bit and then it does. Otherwise - no problems at all.
