Had the 7500 service countdown on so didn't fancy red warning light on while I was away, Portugal Spain trip planned for next week so done 600 miles to get the countdown turned off by dealer. As from Thursday night had a misfire and no quickshift, it was intermittent for about 5 miles then the engine management light came on, the misfire stopped but still not able to use quickshift. Stopped to get fuel, misfire started again further 5 miles again EML came on it stopped. Rode to dealers yesterday same again. I'm thinking coil pack, would I be right in thinking coil pack also is connected with quickshift ? Had quickshift issue before but no misfire while in Andorra 2 years ago !!
