I am looking to draw on the experiences of those on here that have fitted the above system. I know that the Mivv Suono comes as a homologated system so is a road legal system but am nervous at some of the comments that I have found when searching on here relating to it being very noisy. I am guessing that as a road legal system it shouldn't be any worse than any other road legal aftermarket system, I also think that this could be a real difference to the std bike as that is really quiet. It's not a quiet exhaust that I want as such I just don't want to draw too much attention to myself. sorry for the stupid thread as it's pretty daft asking opinions on something so subjective as noise but I really don't know how else to go.
Every aftermarket can I have heard with a decat is loud, not stupid loud fail a trackday type loid with baffles in but fair bit louder than standard
That's what I want, an increase over standard but still something that I can use for a track day or a Sunday ride past plod without too much attention.
I had one on my 2011 MTS and it was just what you are after but the latest model has a different non-removable DB killer in the silencer and it is way louder. It will attract the attention of everyone. They are too loud, no doubt. If you are near me in East Kent then you are welcome to listen to it.
Have you considered a Leo Vince decat as an alternative? Better designed (according to those in the know) and incorporates an in-line baffle. With a LV end can (which also has a removable baffle) it sounds great and not too loud. I've got one fitted and I'm happy to blat round town without fear of being pulled or frightening dogs and young children.
