I bought my S2R a year or so back. I'm it's 4th owner. It's 1st or 2nd owner passed on and it sat in his estate for a good few years, hence it's low mileage. When it was finally rescued there was no documentation or keys. It's had a replacement lock set and imm disabled. It took me a fair while to find an S2R this clean. It's in very good condition as you would expect from such a low mileage bike. It is not without the odd mark here and there as you would expect from its age. It has still got all it's engine paint. I've just (end of July) serviced it with Oil, filter and belts. I'll put 12 months MOT before it goes to its new owner. It literally starts and runs like new. For sale at £4999. A higher mileage version just sold on eBay at £5,700. I may be open to negotiation, but not interested in any px deals. Located in Bridgwater, Somerset. I don't mind assisting with any courier's if you need it collected.
What no paint missing or bubbling up from the engine, the Ducati factory must've farmed that one out for painting, good luck with the sale.
GLWS that is a fine example, a great bike too. I bought mine from a guy near Bristol, must be popular in Somerset.
A reluctant sale, but I did a deal with the Devil (wife) and need to get out of her debt..! Yes, a fantastic bike, I get to keep my 1000DS MTS tho, super engines both.
