oh no, thats soooo irresponsible...dont they realise that as soon as the speed cameras are disabled people will begin to drive like lunatics and the death rate will soar????
Petrol powered grinder was used in the hamlet of Speke so often that they got fed up of fixing/replacing (well, speed camera next to a big council estate, c'mon!)
It got replaced by a kiosk selling scratch cards, cheap ciggies and White Lightning. It made much more revenue than the camera. A win-win situation for all involved.
