Yes, exactly that. Riders and teams have been very vocally decrying the current 2 pre qualifying sessions because they have to focus on qualifying as a priority over set up. It was decided to change to 1 session for set up and 1 session for pre qualifying for 2024 but they have now agreed to implement it from Silverstone. Andy
