Moto Gp, Round 2, Indonesia **may Contain Spoilers**

  1. I see the Dorna live coverage schedule has all Free Practices, qualifying, Moto3 and Moto2 races being shown whilst most of us in the UK will be in bed, fast asleep. MotoGP race start is 7am on Sunday. Just hope the Sky Box doesn't throw a wobbler during recording …….. again. Andy

  2. With all the red flags I missed the last two minutes of moto gp quali off my recording, def worth setting extra time on your telly box tmrw if you’re still going to be in bed.

saw what I needed to see though :D

    Twice!!! :eek::joy:

  3. Big up JD96 too, what an amazing result for him , hope he just guns it into the distance tmrw now.

  4. Are we all agreed 93 is just a danger to himself and everyone else around him now?

  5. Hadn’t he always been?

  6. In my eyes yes, absolutely! Just wasn’t sure if it was universal opinion yet or not…

  7. I’m still not seeing enough hate for that lilac ducati btw.

  8. I posted a link on here with some content from Honda riders moaning and MM saying he’ll have to go for it! It’s missing…so if I’ve adding to the wrong thread apologies if someone picks it up and gets a spoiler

  9. Well that didn’t take long.

Bit of a shit race but the guessing who’s gonna win this week game continues! Who would have guessed that outcome lol

  10. Marquez , what can you say ? Is he just going to keep going until he totally obliterates himself or somebody else ? That was sickening to watch that HS. I’m afraid that as entertaining as he is to watch his pushing of the envelope has got to a frightening stage now. Hope he’s ok .

  11. Was a fan of him in the lower classes until he started riding like a dick.

Think it was moto 2 when he took a few people out, got a ban and lost vision for a while.

since then he has been way too near the edge and a lot of the time far past it…

  12. When he pulled in front of riders on their hot laps to try and get a tow off nakagami in qualifying, you just knew his head had gone, again.

He kind of reeks of desperation.

  13. I think Marc is great still but agree recently things have been a bit sketchy

  14. When you start looking for a tow you kinda know that you haven't got the pace.

If you watch MotoGP Unlimited you'll see the scars after multiple surgeries to MM's arm, he even goes on to say his body has to last the rest of his life etc etc and he won't be riding like he used to, but then 4 crashes in a weekend and that monumental HS, some times you have to realise it isn't your weekend and just get to the finish.

I'm sure the change in tyres was a major factor, and the weather didn't play ball so no one had enough time to get their head around the track.

I'm not an MM fan, but I don't want to see him in a wheelchair also.

  15. I keep wondering why M Lav is on comms for the moto 3 race when hes got his own team running. I know TM is TM but wouldn't you expect him to be there or thereabouts around the garage when his team's racing?
Anyway, Scott Ogden did well i thought he was running 20th at one point and could quite easily have dropped off but to finish 13th in his second race was great to see (albeit from a few last lap crashes in front of him).

  16. in other news, the Indonesian circuit is becoming a bit of a joke, it really is. Spent all that money on it, to then have constant tarmac issues (it was breaking up again in the race), and the weather is absolutely horrendous, has now been rained off most of the wsbk event, the main event here, similar issues in testing with weather.

To top it all off they charged so much for tickets the place was half empty. Pointless it being the jap manufacturers 'biggest market' for bike sales if they are going to make it so no one can afford to go there to watch.

  17. You would think they would hold events when you're in the right season, maybe Dorna will move both MotoGP and WSBK dates now. Track wasn't great, but I guess it's pretty much unused being on an island, which also has to factor into the spectators, didn't they say a ticket was a months wage, plus you'd probably need to travel by boat/plane then accomodation...

Saying that we've already in principle decided we'll go next year, Lombok looks amazing so a week/10 days in the sun then watch a GP and probably be cheap to do. Just need next years calendar to be announced (months away I know) then we can book it.
