  1. Just a heads up, racing on the Sunday has a later start time. Moto3 12pm, Moto2 13:15 and MotoGP 15:00. Andy

  2. Cant find anything to confirm if the knobheads back this weekend and whether he'll face his long lap penalty?

Bastianini taking a late fitness test on Thursday it would seem.

    No Pol of course.

  3. I would have expected to hear some kind of confirmation by now if he was going to race. Akin to the "Bastianini will take a late medical test" announcement.

My money would be on no racing this weekend for him. "He will concentrate on getting fit for Le Mans" etc...(and opening his mm93 eatery/bar in Jerez).

  5. Slightly different though, Baz probably uses a thumb brake, so while he has to weight through the peg, he can manage (and it's a WSBK), where as Marquez broke the bones between the thumb and finger where most of your grip of the throttle is done, and braking with 1-2 fingers puts all the load through the brake area. Plus... carbon brakes, those guys are pulling 2-3 times the brake pressure that most mortals can pull, and I believe significantly more than WSBK

  6. It will amuse me greatly if he/Honda lose their appeal and he misses three rounds + has the DLLP thrown in to boot.

Might make him think twice before he tries it again, at least.

  7. Big if, i know.

  8. Or Cadwell?

  10. I am a long way inland and it is sweltering. I hear 40+ expected for the weekend. They must be so fit. I will be jelly after ten laps of Portimao next week.
