Hi all, at the weekend I had a demo on a Moto Guzzi 1200 Sport and with luck one or two of you will have ridden them and can answer my question. Generally it was a lovely bike but I found the handling a bit odd, it ran wide on slow tightish bends and was a little wallowy on long faster sweeping bends. I have mainly had Ducati over the last 30 years but I did have a Griso for a while a few years ago. The Griso was rock solid and went where you pointed it so it was a bit crappy when the dealer with the demo gave the usual "all Guzzis do that" He was not able to help a lot with changing the suspension settings either. I`m going to book a demo with another dealer because I cant believe they are meant to be that wobbly . In the meantime however I welcome any feedback.
I agree...............try another demo elsewhere.............a wallowy sports Guzzi should be unheard of...... I personally like these ones.......
