‘Valencia in November can be cold and wet.’ Well perhaps not this year. Weather forecast for Sunday is 25 degrees celsius and sunny with a light SW breeze. Who’s your money on? Pecco to fall off but Fabio doesn’t score enough points to overhaul him and win. That’s my prediction.
Lowes not to start. Dixon to fall off. Crutchlow to be interviewed and use that silly foreign way of talking in pigeon English. Marquez to win or take out at least one of the front runners.
Well that first session couldnt have worked out any better for FQ could it. I have to be honest id laugh my arse off if Pecco loses it from here. They were saying the last Italian rider to win the WC on an Italian bike was Ago on the MV so i will take from that its never been done on the Duc. Some pressure that.....
Im glad i was completely wrong saying none of the championships would go to the last round. Moto 2 is going to be a bit saucy too . I have Ogura for the win.
I think Marc could be a cat amongst the pigeons this weekend, but 8 Ducati's it's going to be hard for Fabio to win the WC. Pecco has the luxury of not needing to do anything stupid and I am sure Ducati Management have stressed this to him considerably. He just needs to avoid any tangles with a group he normally wouldn't be in and Ducati need to give him a reliable bike.
0.8 between the top 21 riders brings the like of Suzuki and ktm into the mix too. Wont be a straight forward ducati shut out like recent weekends have been imo and if memory serves the pit straight is too “short” for a lot of slip streaming on the GP bikes.
This race is all down to Pecco keeping things sunny side up. It should be difficult to throw this one away. Still, there have been plenty unexpected results this year. I watched him bin it at Le Mans, but he is so far ahead on points he has a big safety net. MM, he will probably stuff it up the inside of Bagnaia on turn one, narrowly avoiding taking him out…later running out of tyres and fading. Fabio…let us see if the real Fabio turns up this weekend. He must finish first….Unlikely. His weakness has definitely been wet races. But keep in mind no other Yamaha has featured all season.. Three Dukes on the podium? Maybe. Bagnaia Bastianini Bezzechi…
I think there will be three differet manufacturers and ive got a funny feeling there wont be any Ducatis and Binder (B) will go well. Im going with Mir, Binder and Fabio but im not saying in what order.
Espar, Qua and Bagn. Binder top 8 unless it rains on the final 4 laps, I like him to win another but KTM just haven’t had it this season sadly. Be nice to see KTM do better next season.
