Just a helpful *AVOID* thread... The facts: 749 right hand fairing ordered 29th October... fast, free delivery promised, accurate reproduction fairing (I know, I know...). It arrived today after literally screaming at Parcelfarce to get the damned thing to me... 1) Damaged - crack on leading edge 2) Colour is way off 3) Decals are laughably wrong, font, colour etc. 4) Decals are positioned 2" too high Just avoid them. Their product sucks, their service sucks and they made me interact with Parcelfarce. :Arghh: Anyone got a yellow right hand fairing complete for a 2003 749? I'm sad and weary...

I think if the description is in poor English that the product is often of poor quality.. As in a professional company with a professional product would take the time to ensure that the description is translated correctly.. Not always the case but a good rule of thumb.. We can Promise all our fairings Pre-Drilled and all the hole can line up on your bike ,if there is some fitment with fairings you get ,we will resolve all the problem until you are satisfied !
True... but some of those Italian sites are a bit sketchy too... Well anyway, there doesn't seem to be a 2003 RH fairing in yellow to be had for love or money, and I wanted the bike back in one bit so dipped in. Figured it was worth sharing my experience to save someone else the same problem. I hope they will resolve all the problem until I am satisfied. I doubt it though...
Lol, fair point but alot of the Italians ones can be forgiven as they make the real deal that others copy (if you follow) and are recommended/well known suppliers.. I think that may be the main point rather than my earlier one! stick with recommended guys (either by ducati or by mates/forum members) As said many times on here not all the Chinese stuff is shit.. But.... I hope they look after you too mate and its appreciated by i'm sure all on here that stuff like this is brought to light.. good luck.
Surely it would have been better to have the genuine panel you have repaired and painted??...most good body shops will do a good job for £100. Or buy a damaged or undamaged red panel and have it painted..£80 odd. Yellow is notoriously difficult to match however!
If I could have found a used panel for that kind of price I would have done. Mine is however kippered, and this new one is rubbish!
