Had a great day at the NEC motorcycle live event yesterday with my son, all the current BSB riders were there plus a few road racer, great to here how PBM approached Glen Irwin with a cheeky phome call and Glen immediately said yes to riding the v4 panigale it must have been some offer to leave honda racing,? He is hoping to get a ducati first roads win at the NW200 next Yr.some lovely looking brand new 2 stokes too and I love the CCM's though they are expensive
I bet those Langens are amazing fun and I'd much rather have one of them than a CCM (Costly & Cynical Marketing) Spitfire, any day.
The chap on the right perhaps works in Porn and is practicing for the money shot, the bloke next to him is explaining how large Carl Fogarty wallet has grown over the years, the next dude is wondering if they can match his plimsoll colour before he purchases, and finally the gent on the left is wondering if he left the gas cooker on..................they look great.!!!
Went on Monday. I'm sure it's not as big as it used to be (maybe that's just the power of nostalgia), but definitely better than last year. Great to see a few famous faces there - Peter Hickman and Maria Costello were my highlights...
