I have just purchased the motovudu dvd and book ,which in my opinion is excellent and goes against alot of what the CSS says , ie sit with your bits against the tank when cornering which if you watch all the top riders do , they hang off and just pivot around a great anchoring point the tank .It's also broken down in too easy to learn and not complicating things like CSS does . It is all about different opinions but having put it into practice i feel quicker and more secure when cornering and i also get on the gas quicker and fuller then i used too highly recommended
A friend of mine has just done the Simon Crafar course in spain, he had previosly done CSS and he said that the Motovudu style and practical stuff is so much easier to get his head around. And adapting his riding style and incorporating the Motovudu teachings was much more benificial to his track work. After reading both css and motovudu i can see where he is coming from.
Bought this over the winter. Havent had the chance to put it into practice on the track yet, but certainly had me thinking about things that had not really crossed my mind before. Looking forward to trying to adapt my riding and seeing where it takes me with both confidence and lap times.
