Found a set of the above in the loft. Been there so long can't remember when I used them last but plugged them in and the filaments heat up, no cold spots and the thermostat kicks in and cycles. Anyone used them over a period of years can give me a steer on reliability ? Thanks, Andy
Had mine for years. Spend more time rolled up in a box in the garage, but always work when needed. Obviously until this year after saying that. Considering they were the cheapest I could find when I bought them they're doing well. 6 years easy.
Hi, Had mine for must be 10 years now, no problems as long as you disconnect them when off the wheel, so they don't overheat. Jamie
Used them for the dry days at Cartagena and I'm pleasantly surprised (and relieved) they worked fine and I think actually made a difference. Andy
Mine blew up. Left them on the tyres whilst I went for a cuppa. Came back to find them smoking. Faulty thermostat - these were the adjustable ones. I love the simplicity of diamond warmers.
