I have been asked if I can replace the rear hub bearings in a 1200MTS that's failed its MOT for 'Play in rear wheel bearings'. I haven't seen the bike yet so it may turn out to be something else. Now I know that some on here have replaced the eccentric hub bearings and if I'm going to take this on it will make my job easier (and quicker) if I can have the bearings beforehand ready to fit. Can anyone tell me the numbers and spec for the hub bearings?
I can't find a 58 x 72 x 4 seal any where. Plenty at 7,8 and 10mm but nothing at 4mm. I guess that there are 3 seals altogether including the 93010102A Ducati one.
Only 1 Seal on left side, in sparepartlist since My 2016 https://www.ducati.ms/threads/ok-so-this-just-happened-ducati-75620131a-eccentric-hub.684769/page-2
Phew @Derek. I have a spare hub sitting in oil for a while. This has reminded me to get the bearings done
