MTS Spoke Wheels

Discussion in 'Multistrada' started by TBR, Oct 8, 2013.

  1. Interesting, although the way they've offset the spokes and rim to get around the single side arm I wonder if it won't look a bit odd in the flesh?

Also, at that price I think I'd rather have a set of BSTs

  2. Can't see an ABS sensor ring on the hubs. :frown:

  3. Would the rear handle the power?

  4. You underestimate the strength of a properly specified and built spoked wheel. They've got TuV approval, and are even offering them for the Panigale

Central Wheel are stocking them in the UK.

  5. But still really expensive for such a down-grade!

  6. Yep.

  7. Some people wouldn't regard them as such. They may require more maintenance but they are most certainly lighter than cast wheels.

  8. I think that depends on your criteria. Part of me really likes them and thinks they look fantastically engineered, the other part thinks they'll be a pig to keep clean and for the money I'd rather have BSTs, or OZs and some cash in my pocket.
