Hi all this is my first post I bought a 2007 MTS1100 that was crash damaged with the intention of turning it into something different So far I have fitted a 999 tank mated to a 696 seat. Because of these mods I had to do away with the airbox and fit pod filters Other mods include Decat pipe and SP carbon end can. I now have real issues getting the bike to start cold or hot. Is this due to the airbox decat and end can? I removed the velocity stacks from the airbox and fitted them onto the pod filters and rerouted the stepper motor breather line back into the intake. I think it may be overfuelling on start up because it pops from exhaust as it tries to start. Do I need a remap? Would this be possible if I cant get the bike to start?!!? Decat pipe has the Lambda sensor fitted. Sometimes it will start straight off the button. Other times it will flatten the battery. Please help!!!
