Hello all. Im in the process of buying a used 2014 Multistrada. Everything is excellent in terms of engine and framework but the instrument dash has a problem. The Instrument displays everything correctly and clean but the brightness of the dash flickers and does not stop. if you go up the revs the brightness becomes more stable but its still flickers slightly ? Any ideas whats the problem? Thank you, Evas117
Welcome. Flashing dash sounds like the voltage stabiliser in the unit is giving up, or it could be the voltage regulator. A dealer should be able to test both with the bike running.
Welcome eavs117, get a price on a new unit & offer to split the cost of the unit not the extra fitting charge with the owner?!?!?
