Just upgraded from a 2018 to a 2019 MS 1260S, and here are the first impressions. Engine: Roll of the gas, and it’s so smooth. Not like the 2018, where I constantly compensated with the clutch lever when reducing speed to compensate for the harsh engine brake. Our complaints have been heard. Frame(ish): The rubber bits on the passenger footrest hanger for the panniers are now permanently fixed. Tried to pull them off as usual, to store them under the seat, but no, they won’t come off. Going for a long trip next week and looking forward to that.
@LarsP , Ok you have our attention but unfortunately, I'm calling you out on this one. There are no known changes between the 2018 and 2019 ( non-enduro) Multistrada's. Just to paraphrase in simple terms what @SteveE wrote: Any updates on the difference?
