Went to pick up my boxes today after getting the locks fitted as they were not available when I picked my new ABS model up last month. On close inspection both side clasps on the front were cracked about the position where they go over the gap/seal. New clasps coming but it's worth checking yours, maybe there is a bad batch of clasps as the boxes were not tight to close so no idea how the damage was done.
funilly enough a mate of mine has just picked up his brand new MTS 12 on Saturday. Lo and behold when he came to mine to show it off, the rear clasp on the lh pannier was cracked on the top section. Reported to be replaced!
