i am getting annoyed with the flimsy 2010 handguards, one cracked next to fixing bolt for no reason.? Has anyone got suggestions for a better alternative, I like the indicators where they are though. Thanks
Agree on the Barkbusters, work a treat, even saved a hand guard after I dropped my bike. I think these new ones on the Enduro look a bit flimsy, so one break and I will go back down the BB route again? As an aside, I have a cheap R/H OE hand guard, no indicator, in the Wanted section.
I've knackered a few and broken the indicators... They are only just about good enough to keep the wind chill off.
The Ducati performance ones are much stronger, and you also change the mirrors to the ones with integrated indicators. I had this set up on my 2010 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/96793510B...IT-/332049062401?_trksid=p2385738.m2548.l4275 http://www.ducati.com/accessories/multistrada/led_rear_view_mirrors_500/index.do?urlBack=/accessories/search/index.do?keyWord=&pageNumber=5&idBikeFamily=23&idModelBike=&idModelYear=0&idCategory=0&nameOrder=asc&sortOrder=name
Unless I'm missing something, Barkbusters don't do a handguard for the 2010-2012 model, just an aluminium bolt on protector for the outside of the OE handguard that wouldn't stop Misterpinks problem. Andy
