I think the fella is after a wiring diagram. Can’t find one online and not sure what he wants it for, but at least I tried!
Just checked the wiring diagram (electric system diagram) that is in a workshop manual I have for a Multistrada V4 and it says it's for a Pikes Peak. The manual is a bit of hybrid and contains sections for both the V4 and V4 Pikes Peak (esp. swinging arm sections). Looking at the wiring diagram in the manual, I'd say it's not for the V4S as it doesn't show any of the accelerometers needed for the Skyhook semi-active suspension. As it's not possible to attach a PDF on posts within this forum, I've put a PDF of just the wiring diagram and key pages in a shared Google Drive.

This is the same manual that dealers and professional mechanics use to repair your BIKE. The manual has 1794 pages and covers all mechanical aspects of the model and years specified. No internal program to run, just open in Adobe Reader and go." Price $40 I understand that Ducati no longer sell workshop / service manuals, so the above "manual" looks like a download of pages from a Ducati dealer/service centre online system. I say part as there are various inconsistences as it references the Multistrada 1200 Enduro, shows a SSSA from what maybe a V4 Pikes Peak or even a Multistrada 1200/1260. It's therefore all a bit iffy but still very useful if you know what you're looking at.
Looking at the pictures, if you manage to get the remaining terminals out, there might be enough insulation left in the terminal to tell you what colour wire belongs there. Not sure it will fully resolve your situation, but worth a shot.
Take it back, the white ones are blanks, don't they, so only one green wire to re-crimp, but middle row unknown for you. That's a pickle.
Did you get your dash wiring sorted, I have just replaced the same plug and have the pins and wire colours. The pikes wiring is a pin match, it’s the usb wires 17, 18, 19 and 25, the wire colour is the only difference and nothing in 21 This is what I have Might help someone else, I have the V4s 2022 wiring and for the instruments its the same as the pikes peak, trying to see if there was a change from 2021 to 2022.
