Hello guys and girls I will be back in the uK on the 24th November then I’ll be selling my immaculate Multistrader. If anyone is interested you can view the bike anytime as I have people who can give you access to it while I’m away. Info as follows Ducati Multistrada DVT 2015 13,631 miles MOT until aug 24 Termignoni exhaust New Bridgestone tyres , GPFAX brake pads and battery all less than 200 miles ago . Belts changed last year at 12800 miles Comes with full luggage Also comes with Ducati tank bag with USB charging ports Bike is immaculate but luggage is scuffed due to bad storage Start and runs and does everything excellent . Front forks were recently stripped and serviced. Full Ducati service history . R&G engine protectors Oberon clutch slave cylinder Excellent all round bike note ; the bike currently has the fuel sender unit fault but I’m happy to replace that before it goes to a new owner, I tried to,order one from motorapido but they’re on back order from Italy I’ll be looking for £6800 I can deliver it when I’m back for an agreed price
Hi I'm currently on the look out for a Multistrada - Is it the S with the Ohlins?? where abouts are you based and the big question are you open to sensible offers?? There is no mention of desmo service either... I know this is 15k miles but its awfully close to that major service.
Hi no the Desmo was not done only the belts were changed last year, as you say the Desmo isn’t due. It is not the S I’m based about 10 miles North of Durham . With regards to offers then yes but it depends how sensible your offer is. You are welcome to go and view the bike
FYI the only DVT model with Ohlins is the Pikes Peak and that's manual adjustment. The DVT S models have Sachs Sky Hook, both 1200 (2015>) and 1260 (2018>), not Ohlins. It works pretty well if you ask me, I've had a 1260 for the last 5 years. The earlier pre DVT S models, 2010 onwards IIRC, did have Ohlins Ducati Electronic Suspension (DES).
The standard suspension on this bike works fantastic , I build motorcycle suspension as a business for road and race and this bike is set up properly. I really don’t want to sell it but resuming my race “Career” ain’t cheap
