For all those owners who never ride their collectable bikes, or classics, take a leaf out of this bloke. Man wrecks £250k 89-year-old classic car in race | World of Sport - Yahoo! Eurosport UK Go on son! Mark
Nice one, it's only rubber and metal, it can be fixed! I love these guys who actually use classic cars like this, if it wasn't for them we'd never get to see them!
Probably cost less to repair than your average Ducati rider spends on carbon fibre in a year. The chassis number's what has the value the rest is just metal, race cars and bikes are meant to be raced, just carry a big hammer, some gaffer tape and some ready made excuses .
It was a bit of an exaggeration to say it was "wrecked"... Probably not cheap to repair, but it is definitely repairable. It is great to see these vehicles being used the way they were intended to be used. And Prescott is a great venue - highly recommended if you're into that sort of thing...
i went to Cadwell last Saturday to the vintage car racing day loads of Bugatti t 35, frazer nashes, fantastic day watching them go over the mountain
