There used to be a DP race seat for those bikes. It was very comfortable and grippy. Try asking Ducati if they still have any, or ask around a few of the larger dealers. Watch ebay as well. Failing that you could get the OEM seat recovered with padding to your wishes.
Cheapest fix is cycle shorts with the gel inserts. After that you are looking at a custom seat and if you type seat or custom seat into this sections search you'll find plenty. I'm sure someone without lube will be here soon to share their genuine replacement suggestions
