As above I have a surplus to requirements navihalter lockable bracket with keys. Used it on my multistrada for a trip and decided I don't need it as I take the satnav unit with me when I leave the bike anyway. 85 euros new looking for £45 plus p+p
Hi, website description here https://navihalter.de/Zumo-Schloss Listing the following units: Garmin Zumo 340, 345, 350, 396 and for Zumo 590/595.
Hi, Please bear with me, if this is still available can i ask where you mount this. I already have Garmin attached via handlebar mounting, but i cannot see if this mounts above the speedo clocks or is it just a locking device for what i already have? Best M
Hi, I have it mounted above the clocks on a navihalter bracket. Although I can imagine it would fit other mounting brackets too as it has various mounting holes. Cheers
Is the Navihalter mounting bracket Included? Also what year is your Multi, different years different brackets it seems? Best michel
No just the lockable mount is for sale. The satnav sits directly in the lockable mount and then that bolts to the cradle/mounting arm. Mine is a 2016 1200 DVT but I guess the lockable unit will fit other bikes as it's not bike specific....only satnav model according to the website.
Hi, that's where this one sits. The mounting arm fits under the screen and allows the satnav to be mounted above the clocks so it's very easy to read without taking your eyes off the road ahead too much. I'll try and get a picture but if you google navihalter satnav arm there'll be a few. Cheers
I think we might be at cross purposes. This is the bit I’m looking for, these change Design for DVT models. Many thanks though, keep well and GLWS best michel
Ah ok understood, cheers. For info though the lockable bracket would still mount on that type arm. Just provides security for your satnav unit. That depends on whether you want to leave the unit on the bike for any length of time I guess for peace of mind.
