One year ago I bought my 1098s and it died on the way home in the rain and wouldn't start. The cause; the smart key sensor coil. While replacing that I found a few other bits that needed attention and by the end of the weekend I had 1098s kit bike! 12 months on and a fair few £££'s later it's getting there. So this weekend it's fitting the calipers, finish putting in the Exactstart cables, re-fit the tank with splash fresh fuel and see how we go. Maybe I'll even hear it running!
