Still chasing it after all these months, its basically the Ducati Performance Stage 1 (slip-on + de-cat horizontal pipe) ECU file for the 5AM ECU and goes by the name of 2218DQ11. On the the usual sites (Desmo Riders, Ecu Repo) I've only come across the standard 999 BIN file and the Ducati Performance full 57mm system, can't find the middle ground. Does anyone have this lying around?
Note, the map you are seeking is a the stock 28641181A map. For the DP you need 2219PZ10, 2219PQ14, 0130PQ22 Use the JPDiag Database to identify map refs. Just put 999 in the search field https://jpdiag.akress.com/modelselect.php Note, a DP map starts with a 9, eg 96516005B for the 2219PZ10. As the database is fed by JPDiag users there are people running Termis on stock maps who have uploaded their info.
I feel another Ducati map naming/numbering headache coming on Whilst the JPDiag is a great tool for searching through a database of known ECU software versions, the actual classification of a map as "stock" or "Ducati Performance" is pretty much left up to the user who fills in this information. By this I mean that I can search for "999" but then I have a whole plethora of ECUs where some are correctly identified as "DP" (Ducati Performance) but with a varying amount of detail than doesn't allow to distinguish between the matching exhaust system. Desmo Riders FR confirms this is for a full 57mm Termi exhaust based on both ECU and Software version numbers. 0130PQ22: JPDiag suggests this is a DP map for a Termi half-system (yay!) but for a 59M So, the question is what's the correct DP map for a Termi half-system on a 5AM ECU?
You are searching Software Version not map reference. The map reference for the DP ECU for the 999 starts with a ‘9’. Unfortunately TuneECU quote the software ref. Once the map is flashed to the ECU then JPDiag will identify the Map Ref. None of them seem to match the 2005+ 999 with Termi slip-on. I have the map reference for the 2003-04 999S with 59M but I fear the actual map reference for the Gen 2 5AM has been lost to time... I've had a look through loads of ECU photos on Google but can't find anything for just the slip-on. Maybe Ducati never made a specific ECU for Gen2 + Termi slip-on ?
